Jeremy Renovation was engaged to do reinstatement works to several HDB units that were being returned back to HDB.
What this means is that we have to strip down all the previous renovation works done by the previous owner(s), and return them back to its original state before HDB puts these units back on the marketplace for sale.
Some of the works done for this particular flat @ Kim Tian Place:
- Dismantling and disposal of leftover furniture and fittings
- Hacking of floor/ wall tiles to entire unit.
- Laying of floor/ wall tiles only at Kitchen and Bathrooms
- Electrical and Air-conditioning
- Plumbing and Sanitary
- Painting of whole unit
